The Beginning After The End Chapter 35

Summary :

Arthur and Cynthia continue their match Sparring. Arthur starts several attacks but are diverted by the cynthio wind. It shows strong defense and offense movements and Arthur is captured by its effectiveness in spellcasting. He then states that he is too confident in his abilities to face his opponent. Yet his abilities are quite impressed and gives him the last test and exposes him to strong sound magic. Arthur is undergoing a test with flying colors. Now it's the turn of Cynthie to be surprised when she learned that he used in his Spar in his Spar against Reynolds the day before. Arthur then gives a small demonstration of ice magic and states that he has affinity for all four elements. Aghur is again shocking and Cynthia states that he could become the strongest magician in the future. Later Arthur apologizes to his family for keeping her secret his heart felt tight because he still had so many. Cynthia wants Arthur to want her to wish with her and evokes a soundproof barrier for him to talk to her freely. He tells her that he showed her forces because she needs power and influence for his family to be safe. If Cynthia keeps his family safe until he is strong enough he promises to attend the Xyrus Academy and considers her as his benefactor. Although Cynthia was surprised by his straight line as a mere child she finally agrees. At first however Arthur must live his life to the fullest when he promised Sylvia he will wait three years to register for the academy. During this gap he decided to become an adventurer.
